Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — and we stand behind every piece we carry. Here's everything you need to know:

The basics

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • All returns are issued as store credit — no exceptions
  • Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable method

Final sale items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Jewelry and hair accessories
  • Personal care items and accessories

How to start a return

  1. Log in to your account at threadandclover.com
  2. Select your order and choose your reason for return
  3. Ship your item back to us at the address below within 30 days of delivery
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 2-3 business days and email your store credit

In-store returns Prefer to return in person? We're happy to process your online return at our Rosemount location — we'll issue your store credit as an in-store gift card.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 3 days of delivery at cassandra@threadandclovermn.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Out of stock items On the rare occasion an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you'll hear from us within 24 hours and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

A note on color We do our best to photograph every piece accurately, but screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. If you have questions about a color or fit before ordering, just reach out. We're happy to help before you buy.
