Return Policy | Effective 8/14/22

Hi from Thread & Clover! We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn't working out, here's exactly how returns work.

The quick version

  • All returns are issued as store credit.
  • Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags still attached. We can say no to returns that don't meet that.
  • Return shipping is on you, so hang on to your tracking info.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.
  • All sales are final after 30 days.

How to start a return

  1. Log in to your account or head to ThreadandCloverMN.com and choose your reason for return.
  2. Ship your items back to the store address below.
  3. Make sure they reach us within 30 days of delivery so we can send your store credit.

Once we get your return

We'll process it within 2-3 business days and email you your store credit. It's good for online purchases and it never expires.

Rather return in person?

Bring your online order to the shop in Rosemount and we'll turn it into a store gift card. In-store returns are free.

Final sale items

A few things can't be returned: personal items, toiletries, food and drink, jewelry, hair accessories, and anything marked Sale or Clearance. If one of those lands in your return box by accident, no stress. We'll email you with instructions to cover the return shipping cost. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we'll donate it to a local charity.

Damaged items

We hope everything shows up in perfect shape, but if something arrives damaged, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Out of stock items

We buy in small batches, so every once in a while a style sells out before we can ship it. If that happens, you'll hear from us within 24 hours and get a full refund to your original payment method.

Changing an order

Once you check out, your order is in motion and can't be changed, modified, or canceled. Give it a quick once-over before you hit purchase.

A note on color

Colors can look a little different depending on your lighting, screen, and photography. We do our best to show everything accurately, but if you have questions about a color or fit, email us before you order. We're happy to help.
